Eisa and Up OffSHORE do Brasil Apoio Marítimo Ltda, from ULTRAPETROL group, sign a contract for building 4 platform supply Vessel (PSV) to give support to oil exploration actives at sea.
The Vessel was designed by navegation with crew and personnel transport, consumable, several materials and equipments necessary to the platform operation.

The construction will be financed by Owner's own resources obtained from international bankers.
The vessels will sail under brazilian flag and they will replace foreign chatered vessels that, today, are the majority of the fleet which operates at brazilian coast.

The total ammount of the contracts in US$ 63,. American dollars and the vessels will be delivered between 22 and 48 months from june 6 th 2003 when contracts were signed.
